You know, I had a friend that the exact same thing happened to at one
point. He'd been ingesting 600mg+ of dextromethorphan HBr at least 3x a week,
binging on meth, and hadn't slept more than a couple of hours total in over a
week. Some of the decisions that he made in that state ended up changing his
life in a very unwanted and drastic way that still haunt him to this day.
Whether externally chemically induced or by a natural skewing of
neurochemistry, you might want to be careful about any lifechanging decisions
you're thinking of making before you visit that doctor. Hope he can help you
work things out.
