Well I just got my full distribution pack of DVD's (8 in total), and I have a
very quick question for those who happen to own a copy.
Question: There is a setup.exe on DVD #1, and I am wondering if this will hurt
my windows 7 installation or not? See I installed Ubuntu using the Wubi.exe,
and it setup the OS as a dual boot, and also installed it all to a file, and
I'm just a little concerned.
I have read over the wiki concerning the windows installer, but it doesn't
tell me if it will install it to a file like Ubuntu, and it doesn't seem to be
an up to date (it offers a windows installer to be downloaded). Also is the
setup.exe the windows installer or do I need the Windows installer.exe which
can be downloaded?
I'm very confused here. I just don't want to risk my windows 7 install.
Any help will be very much appreciated...
