I thought the N64 also came with just one controller? But it also had 4 control
ler ports, whereas the othe consoles only had 2. I also had a N64, and I liked
it.
There's a company called Analogue that makes FPGA re-creations of old consoles,
and they have one now that they've recently developed which is a N64 clone. It
also upscales the video to 4K:

I've been curious to buy one and try to use it with an Everdrive with some ROMs
on it. But I've read that it may have some compatibility issues with the Everdr
ive (which may be resolved in the future with a firmware update or other update
of some kind).
I currently have multiple ways of emulating multiple consoles, so I'm wondering
if it would even be worth buying one of those, for me. They want about $270 for
one of those..
