That's not true at all. It's been
a continuous talking point since
Bush, it was spoken of about Obama.
This has been a constant point of
contention my entire life.
It's reached a tippin point in my
opinion. Executive Orders have become
kingly decrees under every president.
These are not meant to have the
force of law behind them, but
when the law is silent, they speak
more forefully.
