Do you have a citation for this?
All I could find was an article about Virginia teens being cautioned
by the local sherriff against playing Senior Assassin, a game where you
run around with water pistols and "assassinating" other players. A
logical warning, if you don't want to get accidentally shot my law
enforcement.
