If you read my reply, you'd realized they didn't do such a thing. A sheriff cau
tioned people playing an "assassin" game and running around with fake guns proba
bly isn't a good idea in this day and age.
If someone can provide a pending bill in VA reclassifying water pistols as assau
lt weapons, please cite it.
Oh, and for the "water pistols look nothing like a real gun", google it. There a
re several models that resemble a real handgun.
