And I have heard it will be very soon. I think the NRA is gearing up.
As for the 2nd part of your question (unloading the gun), I am not sure at this
point. All of this is very new to me as the stupid guvnr just signed a pile of
bills this week and I am not sure which ones she signed or didn't.
