What I understood is you were wondering how come anti-socialists use socialized
services they have already paid for.

Main reason I have a job right now is socialized healthcare is lame, and logisti
cs are indeed a problem.
Do you have an appointment for chemo-therapy, you arrive to the hospital and are
told to come other day because the hospital ran out of chemo? I have seen that.
Are you dying of lung cancer but the queues for specific specialists are long? C
hances are they are going to pass you from one department to another like a ping
pong ball in order to "buy time" so you don't clog the cancer unit's official q
ueues.
Probably the only things working unequivocally well are the ones treating infreq
uent chronical diseases just because they are not clogged.
I have seen very stupid shit in private healthcare, but the difference is that s
tupid shit carries consequences and gets people fired.
