California is getting broke paying for non citizen health care. If a non citizen
of any country they
should get stabilized if an emergency happens, and then send them back home if
they don't have
extended clearance to stay.
My personal perspective is its going to get rationed no matter if we pay into
the system or not. But
I don't want one perverse incentive to curtail costs. I know California
progressives want this to
happen, but if MAID gets banned in our state constitution, id be ok with
universal system.
