Vote by mail is abused. It leads to chain of custody issues. It leads to stuff
like ballot harvesting. People should be voting at the polling stations even if
its early voting (up to 10 business days prior to the election)
Also we need ballot papers to be highly secure like our paper money. We don't
want China or any other nation to circumvent our election at the same time.
