What does reapplying for a driver's license entail (in some states)? I live in
Oregon, and I've had a driver's license since 2001 - Since first getting my driv
er's license, I've renewed it a few times which has only involved filling out an
application and getting a new photo; I haven't had to take any tests again or a
nything.
