I heard anti-trans BS like this every day, know what it did?
It sure as shit didn't "cure" me from being non-binary...
Trans kids aren't getting surgery, and puberty blockers are safe.
Social transition is 100% reversible, and is the first step before ANY medical i
ntervention.
We know that gender dysphoria is a mental illness, but it isn't inherent to bein
g trans (It has a cure, and some trans people just don't have it to begin with),
so being trans isn't a mental illness, I don't get how that's so hard to unders
tand...
