I can remember doing the 'desktop shuffle' all the time especially early just
because there were so many DEs and window managers out there. Over the last few
years I've settled on KDE when I settled on Mandrake/Mandriva/and Mageia for my
main OS. I still pull up other desktops just to see what direction they've
taken over the years. I've been trying to give Gnome 3 a chance for instance.
I'm not sure if I'm being unfair and biased or if it really is the mess of a
gui it apears to be.
