That has been my feeling as well. I always thought I was at least learning
something, and perhaps after messing with it for a while, I hoped I'd
eventually know how to get it working right. :)

Same here. :) I think there's something to be said for software that works
well and makes things easy. It's not about being a lazy user, but rather being
able to be productive and not have to be held back by spending time trying to
get a broken setup to work.
