I'd guess that Hyper-V requires hardware assisted virtualization (enabled in
BIOS), and I'd also wager that Hyper-V is not available on Home Retail/OEM.
Probably need Pro or Ultra or whatever is above Home. I know Vista/7 doesn't
offer Virtualization in their respective Home versions either.
