I run Xubuntu exclusively. I have tried many different distros including
Slackware. I wind up going back to Ubuntu,but I absolutely hate Unity.
Xubuntu has been wonderful being so light since most of the stuff I do is
terminal based. I am running it on a Thinkpad R60. I love Linux because it
respects the old ways of computing giving. ie: users have the same power and
control whether they prefer CLI or GUI.
