I just discovered this issue today, it's a weird bug because it is only
effecting new users and not ones who have been on the system for awhile, as I
don't have the bug right now, but I just logged in as my new Test User and
experienced the bug. I actually don't think that is something wrong with my
shell, because it starts happening during the new user routine before the user
even has a chance to select a command shell.
I wonder if anyone knows what could be the source of this issue. It's kind of
wacky.
