That's not how Synchronet and SBBSecho work, by default. The default configurati
on is when a new echomail message is locally-posted, the FIDOOUT event is run (b
ecause the default setting of SCFG->Networks->FidoNet->Echomail Sempahore is set
to "%jfidoout.now"). FIDOUT runs SBBSecho export, but does *not* trigger a Bink
IT/BinkP outbound connection (because echocfg->Paths->Outgoing Semaphore File is
*blank* by default).
So... did you change a setting? Do you have log output that demonstates the issu
e?
