Nvidia makes the GPUs, sells them to the data center operators, who
contract with the AI companies, who are funded by Nvidia. It's all a
shell game.
Seeing how comfortable Twitter has become with one data center in
Russia going offline, it makes you understand the government's push for
more data centers. More data centers = more bots.
I don't know if we need to worry so much yet about Skynet raining down
nuclear rain on us, but I could imagine someone creating an autonomous
botnet that makes the social network unusable. Not that I'd mind.
