From looking at CVS, it looks like zip and unzip were distrobuted at one
time, but now they're marked (dead) and the reason they were removed is
because they're unnecessary.
Basically, the archiving commands are in scfg, but it is up to you to install
the archivers on your OS, whichever ones you want to use. They're also listed as
prerequisites now.
