Retiring ARRL CEO David Sumner, K1ZZ, gave the keynote address at the ARRL
National Convention banquet in Orlando, Florida on February 13, 2016. The
National Convention was hosted by the Orlando HamCation.
In his 33-minute speech, Sumner reviews not only his career at ARRL, he also
uses the opportunity to express his lifelong passion for Amateur Radio and his
