Ahh management by democracy. Kills every good thing, sadly.
Ultimately you need one strong visionaire at the top to enforce his/her vision,
but augment it in a healthy way with the input of a voting body.
When everyone whines back and forth instead of collaborating strongly, it
always leads to the destruction of the ideals.
