It's still in CVS and still an option to be installed as part of the v3.16c
Windows installer. "Supported" is a subjective term, but generally, yes, it's
still supported.

Well ecWeb v3 is in CVS and was included in the v3.16c for Windows installation
package, but it's no more "default" than the old "runemaster" interface.

I know echicken is working on another re-write of his web interface, so you
might want to switch to that instead of the soon-to-be-obsolete v3.
