here's another thing i learned when getting into krav maga: if you knock
someone out... you are responsible for that person.
even if they are attacking you because they are a drunk jerk, or whatever, if
you protect yourself and they become unconscious:
+ a car can run over them,
+ they can have a seizure or other medical episode
+ they can have another person kick them and injure them severely
+ they can be robbed, etc...
it's your fault because you made that person unconscious.
it is probably best to just not get into dangerous situations period.
