i think you should not put AI LLM load on your GPU if you want to transcode vide
o at the same time.
I have a N100 intel CPU for media playback and the on-chip GPU is quite capable
for such a small CPU. It can transcode most Codecs and does hardly break a sweat
for one transcoding stream. It also does not transcode constantly but works on
a block, saves it to be streamed next and then works on the next block. at least
with Jellyfin.
Not sure if Plex is really worth the money, but i love my Jellyfin server. =)
