By default, with Plex, only you have access to watch your videos. You can give p
ermission to other users with a Plex account to get access to watch your videos,
but without that, nobody else has permission to view your stuff.
A couple times, when traveling, I've brought one of my streaming devices with th
e Plex client app installed (which I've already logged into) and plugged it into
hotel TVs (using hotel wifi) and I haven't had a problem watching my content re
motely.
