It sounds like it was an awesome set. In particular, I think it would be awesom
e to see them play all of Moving Pictures. I considered going to their Time Mac
hine tour in 2011 but I didn't - I wish I had. I have the blu-ray of that tour,
and sometimes I like watching bits of it (as I do with their other tours that I
have on DVD/blu-ray).
I have seen Rush a few times, and the first for me was their Vapor Trails tour i
n 2002. There was one point where they were jamming and Alex went into one of h
is silly stories (which I think he is known for): "I'd like to tell you about a
time when I was attacked by a sandwich.." In their concert videos, I think they
tend to leave out things like that, but I wish they'd leave them in. He doesn'
t do that at every show though.
