That's an excellent quote, as it shows that there is less of a burden of proof
on the side of a belief system that is firmly entrenched. However as much as
I'm agreeing with you all the way along in this debate, I don't think your
quote proves your statement. If the side that is "making the claim" must prove
itself, then wouldn't that apply to both parties? One side claims that there
is a God, the other side claims that there isn't. Just because they're
claiming something that is nothing doesn't mean that their claim isn't a claim.
