If you are talking about the famous painting of dogs playing poker - that is a
painting. You can create whatever version of reality you like in a painting.
If you have a picture (photograph) of dogs sitting around with poker cards
stuck to their paws, then you have a picture of dogs sitting around with poker
cards stuck to their paws. Not a picture of dogs playing poker.
Please, try an argument next time, instead of silliness.
